Three suspects, two men and one woman, have been arrested in connection to Julio Foolio's death .

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office and Tampa Police Department held a press conference on Monday, July 29, where they confirmed the identities of the suspects who allegedly shot and killed the 26-year-old rapper, born Charles Jones. Police arrested Isaiah Chance Jr., 21, Alicia Andrews, 21, and Sean Gathright, 18. over the weekend in Jacksonville. They were charged with one count of first-degree murder (premeditated with the discharge of a firearm) and one count of conspiracy of first-degree murder (premeditated with the discharge of a firearm).

"Three dangerous criminals are off our Florida streets and in police custody where they belong," said Jacksonville Sheriff TK Waters. "These individuals have chosen lives of urban terrorism."

Police believe the three shooters, who are members of or affiliated with rival gangs ATK and 1200, retaliated against Jones, who repped the Six Block Gang. Investigators say ATK and 1200 worked together to take down Foolio amid their ongoing feud in Jacksonville. Foolio traveled to Tampa last month to celebrate his 26th birthday. On the night of June 23, the rapper made several posts on social media from two locations in Tampa — an Airbnb and a Holiday Inn. Police pulled surveillance video that shows the suspects following Foolio to every spot he went to.

In the footage that was released, you can see the suspects run into the parking lot from across the street and coordinate their movements up until they opened fire on the vehicle Jones was in. Jones was pronounced dead while three other men in the vehicle escaped with non-life-threatening injuries. Sean Gathright, Rashad Murphy and Davion Murphy were identified as the three shooters. Two handguns and a rifle were used to carry out the shooting.

Tampa Police Chief Lee Bercaw confirmed two other suspects, Rashad Murphy and Davion Murphy, are still on the run. They each face charges of first-degree murder, one count of conspiracy of first-degree murder, and three counts of first-degree attempted murder. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office and Tampa Police Department are working with the U.S Marshalls to locate them.
