Another man has been arrested and charged with fatally shooting Julio Foolio .

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office announced on Tuesday, July 30, that they apprehended one of the alleged shooters Rashad Murphy. In a statement they posted to social media, the JSO said they worked with U.S. Marshals to locate Murphy at an apartment complex in Jacksonville. Video from the arrest shows the moment when officers from the Community Problem Response Unit, Gang and SWAT teams surrounded the building and broke through a window in an effort to force Murphy out. He eventually surrounded after midnight.

"Overnight, your Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and U.S. Marshals Service tracked Rashad Murphy, 30, to an apartment complex off Collins Road," the statement said. "He was wanted for murder in the Tampa shooting death of Charles Jones, also known as Julio Foolio, last month. JSO CPR, Gang, and SWAT units surrounded the unit and helped evacuate nearby residents. After hours of negotiators attempting to talk Murphy out, with assistance from patrol and the UAS Unit, SWAT operators used tactics to force the man out. Murphy surrendered just after midnight."

Murphy was arrested hours after police in Jacksonville and Tampa named five suspects who are allegedly involved in the shooting that claimed Foolio's life. Isaiah Chance Jr., 21, Alicia Andrews, 21, and Sean Gathright, 18, were arrested and charged with one count of first-degree murder (premeditated with the discharge of a firearm) and one count of conspiracy of first-degree murder (premeditated with the discharge of a firearm).

Investigators believe all five suspects are members of or affiliated with the ATK and 1200 gangs, who allegedly worked together to kill the rapper, born Charles Jones, amid their ongoing beef. They said the suspects allegedly followed Jones to Tampa as he celebrated his 26th birthday last month. Gathright, Rashad Murphy and Davion Murphy allegedly carried out the shooting shortly after Jones brought his birthday festivities to a Holiday Inn.

Rashad and Davion Murphy face charges of first-degree murder, one count of conspiracy of first-degree murder, and three counts of first-degree attempted murder. Davion is the only suspect who is still on the run.
