Of course, as soon as I finish writing about how the Jacksonville Jaguars love their safety room, they go and make a signing shortly after. Thankfully I was just talking about Andre Cisco and Antonio Johnson, mostly.

Their secondary as a whole is somewhat young. They have two guys really who are elder statesmen Ronald Darby and Darnell Savage, but other than that, there aren't many veterans in the room. And, that's okay, because the secondary is set up to have a great future in terms of potential.

Now, they are bringing in another veteran to help with the youth of the secondary and a guy who has played some pretty high-level defense.

According to the team, they are signing veteran safety Adrian Amos, who formerly played for the Houston Texans, New York Jets, Green Bay Packers, and the Chicago Bears throughout his career.

Throughout his career, Amos has started 125 of 142 possible games, with 10 interceptions and 49 pass deflections. So, it's fair to say he has some experience on his shoulders. This could help the Jaguars immensely with young guys like Antonio Johnson and Andre Cisco being the starters with not as much experience as Amos.

Let's see if Amos can make the 53-man roster, first.
