Lineman working to restore power in Galveston accused of beating fellow lineman, leaving him in critical condition
GALVESTON, Texas – A lineman who was in Galveston working to restore power has been arrested, accused of beating another lineman. The Galveston Police Department said the incident happened around 1:15 a.m. Monday in the 3100 block of Seawall Blvd. Police were called after getting reports of a man lying on the sidewalk.
