Jamaica woman arrested for violating release conditions
JAMAICA — On July 7, Vermont State Police arrested a Jamaica woman for allegedly violating multiple conditions of her release. Troopers from the Westminster Barracks responded to a disturbance report at a residence on Vermont Route 100 in Jamaica at approximately 6:35 p.m. Upon arrival, they determined that Heidi Dlubac, 53, had breached several conditions of her release.

Vermont State Police are investigating after an incident on Cottage Street in St. Johnsbury. Police say the investigation began around 5:50 a.m. Sunday, when St. Johnsbury Police received a report of an altercation inside the home. When officers got there, they found one man dead and several other people with apparent injuries. Vermont State Police took over the investigation, and say all people involved are known to one another and accounted for. Those with injuries were taken to the hospital, their conditions are unknown at this time. Police say the investigation is in its earliest stages.

Manchester police arrest teen in double stabbing incident
MANCHESTER — A 15-year-old girl has been arrested on assault charges following a double stabbing in the city early Saturday morning, authorities said. Manchester Police responded to a reported stabbing at 219 Laurel St. at about 12:20 a.m. Officers found two victims, a 16-year-old girl with multiple stab wounds and an 18-year-old male with a broken ankle, lying on the ground in the back alley of Laurel Street South.
Whitingham man arrested for aggravated domestic assault
WHITINGHAM — Vermont State Police arrested a Marlboro man late Sunday night after responding to a report of a family fight at a residence on VT RT 100. Troopers received the report at approximately 10:22 p.m. and upon arrival, learned that the suspect, John Elting, 35, had fled the scene.
