Volunteers needed to remove flags from graves in Janesville cemeteries
JANESVILLE — The Janesville Patriotic Society needs volunteers to help remove flags from veterans’ graves on Saturday, July 6, at Oak Hill and Mount Olivet cemeteries. Volunteers will begin work at 8 a.m. and should meet at the Oak Hill Cemetery chapel on North Oakhill Avenue. Participants should wear comfortable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing.
