School District of Janesville to hold job fair

JANESVILLE, Wis. -- The School District of Janesville announced Tuesday it is offering full-time and part-time positions, and will host a job fair on the final days of July.

The SDJ said it is hiring for teachers, school and classroom aides, clerks, custodians, food service members, and substitutes for any of the positions mentioned. Job seekers will meet with principals, HR staff, supervisors, and educators to learn about open positions.

For those looking to attend the fair, the SDJ said no pre-registration is required, but attendees must bring a resume. Job applications can be filled out at the fair. The SDJ cites competitive wages, positive schools and work culture, and excellent benefits as pros for their district.

The SDJ said the job fair will be held on July 30 from 3-6 p.m. and July 31 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Both dates will be held at Marshall Middle School, in Janesville.
