TICONDEROGA | The 31st Annual Ticonderoga Area Car Show will be held Sunday, Aug. 4, in Ticonderoga’s Percy Thompson Bicentennial Park from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be an array of awards given out, including Fabulous 40, Terrific 25, and Top 10 Tuners. Special awards including Best of Show Car, Best of Show Truck, Best of Show Motorcycle, Best of Show Display, Trail Riders Choice, Fans Choice, Most Radical Engine, Best Color Scheme, Favorite Antique, Best Work In Progress, and Most Likely To Get Pulled Over will also be given out. The show is a judged show. The car show is much more than just cars: There will be food, vendors, music, T-shirts, kids’ activities, a 50/50 Raffle, a Car Show Raffle, a Piston Toss, a Muffler Wrap, Hula-Hoop contest, the Kiwanis Club Duck Race, and more.
