Jefferson County doctor, employees accused of conspiracy, health care fraud
Dr. David A. Parks, 66, and James M. Bilderback, 58, both of House Springs, along with Michelle J. Scheer, 43, of St. Louis have been accused of prescribing controlled substances and health care fraud. The four-day fair is set for Thursday through Sunday, July 18-21, at the county Fairgrounds, 10349 Business 21, in Hillsboro. The hours are 5-11 p.m. July 18; 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. July 19; 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. July 20; and 3-9 p.m. July 21.
