City approves change orders for Trojan Village and Public Works Building
The Madison City Commission approved three change orders at their meeting on Monday. The first change was for the Trojan Village Street Construction and Extension of Washington Avenue and Division Avenue. The existing subgrade was found to be soft and in need of stabilization. Aggregate thickness will be increased from 8” to 12” thick except at the intersection of Washington Avenue where it will be 16” thick.

SPIRIT LAKE, S.D. (KELO) — A fire in a Spirit Lake Walmart had dispatchers active early Thursday morning. At approximately 1:33 a.m. Thursday, the Spirit Lake Community Fire Department was called to report a water flow fire alarm at Walmart in Spirit Lake. The call was updated by law enforcement.
