At least 10 people without homes have been camping in the riverfront area of Kirby Park, including extremely vulnerable individuals, Mayor George Brown said. "We had an elderly woman. And we also had a young lady who is going to have a baby," Brown said Monday. "And we found them shelter."

Epilepsy Community and Resource Center schedules events
The Michael P. Loughlin Epilepsy Community and Resource Center, 845 Wyoming Ave., Kingston, is holding upcoming events for July. The Christian Women of Our Lady of Hope Parish, 40 Park Ave., Wilkes-Barre, celebrated Mother's Day with a luncheon held May 5 at the Woodlands Inn and Resort. The Rev.
