JERSEY CITY, N.J. (PIX11) — Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop announced he has teamed up with the Department of Housing, Economic Development and Commerce (HEDC) and the Division of Affordable Housing to launch an affordable housing lottery portal.

Fulop said the portal is a one-stop shop open 24/7 for low—and medium-income households. It allows people to search and apply for affordable housing in Jersey City.
