MANGHAM, La. (KNOE) - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announced that a portion of La. 132 in Mangham will be closed to all through traffic starting Wednesday, Aug. 7. The closure is to replace the Kelly Bayou Bridge and is part of an ongoing project to replace five bridges along La. 132 in Richland Parish.
