A series of traffic restrictions and a temporary detour are set to begin on Monday as a PennDOT contractor replaces a bridge on Route 711 in Ligonier Township. Located between Slater and Peters roads, the bridge carries Route 711 over Koffer Run — a tributary of Loyalhanna Creek — on the stretch of the highway that connects Stahlstown and Ligonier.
