    Saint Martin man sentenced for dealing drugs in Johnstown area

    JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WTAJ) — A citizen of Saint Martin who was unlawfully living in Johnstown has been sentenced in federal court for dealing drugs.

    Hector Concepcion, 35, was sentenced to 60 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release. He was convicted of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, heroin, and cocaine. He also possessed a firearm as an illegal alien, which is unlawful.

    From in or around August 2019 to April 2021, Concepcion is accused of conspiring with others to possess and sell 28 grams or more of a mixture of drugs including cocaine. Concepcion is also an illegal alien who unlawfully entered the country and passed a firearm with communication.

    Concepcion was caught on a federal wiretap purchasing crack cocaine, heroin and cocaine that he planned to sell to others.

    Assistant United States Attorney Maureen Sheehan-Balchon prosecuted this case on behalf of the government.
