    Heavy intrusion, T-bone crash in Joplin.

    JOPLIN, Mo. (KOAM) — Joplin E-911 were alerted to a two vehicle crash Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. on East 32nd and Texas Ave.

    Joplin Fire & Rescue, Joplin Police, METS Ambulance and Newton County Ambulance responded emergency.

    On scene we learn a serious T-bone crash with heavy intrusion into one vehicle. The single occupant driver of that car, male, 72, was extricated and then rushed priority 1 ambulance to Freeman West.

    No one in the second vehicle was transported to a hospital.

    Officers state one vehicle was traveling north on Texas, turning onto 32nd. It was t-boned by an eastbound car.

    The crash scene was marked for further investigation.

    M&M Wrecker removed the vehicles and debris from the scene.
