    Collapsed building, flooding reported in Junction City

    JUNCTION CITY ( KSNT ) – One building has collapsed and major flooding is reported in Junction City.

    Friday evening, Geary County Emergency Management Director Garry Berges reported one building has collapsed in downtown Junction City, and numerous streets in town are flooded. Berges reported 3 inches of rain has accumulated since 5 p.m. Trees and powerlines are also reportedly down.

    Tornado watch issued for Shawnee, other NE Kansas counties

    Geary County Emergency Management announced First Responders urge residents to stay home and off of the roadways due to heavy rainfall.
