How to make Homemade creamer.

This homemade creamer has only three ingredients and it's so much healthier than the commercial brands. This creamer is easy to make and you can choose from mnay flavors. I love creamers and I have bought the store-bought brands for years, but i found this and it fits in much better with our healthier food choices. My husband is a French vanilla kind of guy, but for my creamer i like to try new combinations. It can be fun coming up with new flavors ive made a few that are really delicious.

When I started looking for an alternative to Store-bought creamer the low fat versions still had over 70 chemicals and additives in the ingredients. I went to YouTube, Pinterest, and online recipe sites but most recipes used flavored syrups that have additives, and chemicals. I decided to make my own.

After trial and error, I found that using a variety of extracts and flavorings makes homemade creamer great. A homemade coffee creamer will save you so much money and the added benefit of leaving out the chemicals and additives is a bonus. The average cost for one batch of creamer is:

Sweetened condensed milk $2.00

2 cups of milk $.85

Flavor average less than $1. Per ounce

Ingredients needed.

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

2 cups of milk

1-2 teaspoons of flavoring (if it is concentrated use a few drops until you get the flavor you want.)

1 large bowl for mixing

1 container with a lid for storing in the refrigerator.

If you want it to be extra creamy add 2-4 tbsp of heavy creamer.

In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients and stir well pour into a container with a lid and store in the refrigerator. Use within 2 weeks.

Coconut cream

Vanilla cinnamon cream

Caramel vanilla cream

Peppermint mocha (use peppermint extra and ¼ cup chocolate syrup.)

Different flavors are fun to take to potlucks and parties or on a morning picnic. Be creative and find your favorite flavor combo.
