No-Knead Herb and Cheese Artisan Bread

No-Knead Herb and Cheese bread is a flavorful artisan-style bread that requires minimal effort and fuss. Perfect for those that love artisan breads but want a simple hassle-free recipe. This bread is packed with a flavorful blend of aromatic herbs and cheese resulting in a delightful and mouthwatering taste.

    No-Knead Bread Ingredients:

    3 cups AP flour

    1/2 tsp salt

    1/2 tsp yeast

    1 1/2 cups lukewarm water

1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese (your choice)

    3 tbsp spices (your choice)

    Dutch Oven with a lid

    Parchment paper

    Preheat oven to 425*.

In a bowl add flour, yeast and salt (add yeast and salt to the opposite sides of the bowl) add a little of the water and stir then add the remaining water. Stir until the dough looks a little ragged and cover with plastic wrap.

Let rise in a warm place for 3-5 hours. I turn the light on in my oven or microwave it creates a very warm place for the dough to rise.

When the dough has risen it should be doubled then turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Pat the dough out to a large circle and add half the cheese and spices, fold over a few times pat into a circle again add remaining cheese and spices fold over a few more times and shape into a ball.

You will need a large Dutch Oven lined with parchment paper set the bread in the bottom and using a sharp knife cut two crisscross lines over the top. Sprinkle the remaining spices over the top. Bake in 425* oven for 30 minutes take the lid off and bake an additional 15 minutes.

Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes then transfer to a wire rack. Enjoy!!!
