The home Mr. November grew up in barely spent an inning on the market, and already it’s pending sale.

In Kalamazoo, Michigan, the humble house that baseball legend Derek Jeter spent his youth in has found a buyer, mere days after being listed.

“Step up to the plate and own the childhood home of MLB star Derek Jeter,” begins the pun-filled $299,000 listing for the five-bedroom, three-bathroom property, which listed on June 22 and “is a grand slam in every aspect.”

The two-story Cumberland St. abode “knocks it out of the park” with its all-new mechanicals, siding and gutters — all updated within the past three years — and proximity to Kalamazoo Central High School and various shops and restaurants which make its location “the real MVP.”

Set on an over 9,500-square-foot lot, the 2,100-square-foot residence includes a small deck in front of the front door, an attached garage and a backyard patio conveniently encased within the building’s two wings.

Built in 1966, the charmer also offers a primary bedroom with ensuite office (“It’s your own personal dugout for productivity!”), central air, basement laundry and pantry-equipped eat-in kitchen.

As well, the address is eligible for the Kalamazoo Promise program, a scholarship that provides Kalamazoo Public School resident graduates up to 100% tuition for post-secondary education.

“Don’t just dream of hitting it out of the park, make it a reality with this home run listing!” concludes the listing, which is held by Lauren White of Jessica Steele & Associates — Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Michigan Real Estate.

Meanwhile, the now 50-year-old former Yankee superstar found a buyer earlier this month for a more recent home of his: a Greenwood Lake, New York castle the retired shortstop has been trying to offload since 2018, The Post reported .

Known as Tiedemann Castle, Jeter reportedly paid $1.6 million for the property in the early 2000s.
