BORGER, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – The City of Borger and Hutchinson County Office of Emergency Management advised community members on Thursday that there could be smoke visible from the Borger Complex due to on-site fire training.

According to officials, the on-site fire training is expected to run from around 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, which could lead to community members seeing intermittent periods of visible smoke from the facility training grounds at the north end of the property.

Officials further noted that the field training will be located away from the Borger Complex operational areas.
