Kyle Juszczyk Putting Taylor Swift Fandom Aside: 'Not This Week!'

The San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs will do battle in the Super Bowl with the looming shadow of Taylor Swift in the background.

Swift, whose relationship with Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has dominated headlines for months as she appears to be a central figure in any NFL game she attends, is expected to be at the Super Bowl.

For Kyle Juszczyk, he and his wife are both huge Swift fans but seeing as the Chiefs are the enemy right now, they will park their fandom until after the Super Bowl.

"We're big supporters of Taylor, but not this week," Juszczyk said with a smile to NFL Network's Omar Ruiz .

Given what is at stake for the 49ers, it is easy to see why Juszczyk and his wife have that thought, even if he was smiling when he said it.

The 49ers have been a juggernaut all season under Kyle Shanahan and will be looking to finally break through and win the organization's first Super Bowl since 1994.

It won't be easy as the Chiefs have a bevy of weapons in Kelce, Patrick Mahomes, Rashee Rice and Isiah Pacheco, all of whom can be devastating if given the chance.

The Chiefs had a "down" year by their lofty standards, and yet still made it to the Super Bowl as they look to win back-to-back titles with Swift in attendance.

There are likely thousands of Swift fans currently in Las Vegas, but for this week at least, Juszczyk and his wife aren't among them.
