On May 28, 2024, the Facebook page America's Last Line of Defense posted a meme stating Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker was named team captain for the 2024 NFL season.

However, this item was not a factual recounting of real-life events. The post originated from ALLOD's Facebook page, which described its output as satirical in nature , as follows:
