It looks like things are pretty sweet right now for Travis Kelce . He won his second Super Bowl in a row in February 2024 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He has a successful podcast, New Heights, with his brother, Jason Kelce. Oh, and he is dating the one and only Taylor Swift . But Travis has some other opportunities, but which ones are a touchdown?

Reality TV no longer interests Travis Kelce

Travis was a guest on the Bussin’ With the Boys podcast, where he broke down his upcoming plans. After the Chiefs’ quarterback Patrick Mahomes took part in the Netflix series Quarterback, Travis was asked about appearing in the sequel. But Travis passed on the show, titled Receiver. The series will debut on Netflix on July 10.

“After Pat did it, I did get asked about it. I don’t know. I’d rather just play ball, man,” Travis explained. “I’m already doing enough with the podcast and everything.” He added, “I’m way over the reality sh*t. I’m out on that sh*t.”

As you may recall, before Travis was flying all over the world to watch Taylor kill it on stage, he also had his own reality show, Catching Kelce . The show, which aired on E!, was a Bachelor-type series where Travis attempted to find true love. But Travis and winner Maya Benberry’s happiness was short-lived.

Travis also signed on to host the game show, Are You Smarter Than A Celebrity? on Amazon Prime Video. It sounds fun! In each episode, one contestant will get help from a bunch of stars from “stage, screen, and sports.” Their mission? To answer 11 questions, which are from the “elementary curriculum” correctly. The final question, which is worth $100,000, is pulled from the sixth-grade curriculum. I hope there are no new math questions.

In a statement, Travis said, “I grew up loving game shows, and I’m excited to be following in the footsteps of so many TV icons by hosting my very first one with Are You Smarter than a Celebrity?”

Are You Smarter than a Celebrity? does not have a release date yet. It will stream on Amazon Prime Video.
