The Chiefs are aiming to become the first team in the modern NFL era to win three consecutive Super Bowls.

Mahomes and his favorite receiver Travis Kelce go back to work preparing for the big kick-off on September 5.

Both players will join all their teammates for the first full day of summer practice this upcoming Sunday.

Chiefs training camp is being held at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Missouri.

The first session is open to the public, with fans able to watch their heroes train for a cut-price $5, per a Chiefs press release .

Although the team has the same training schedule on the field, there are some changes away from it when it comes to meeting the fans.

Each training session has an autograph session designated to a different area of the team.

Mahomes and his fellow quarterbacks will meet the public on the next two Fridays.

Kelce and his fellow receiving corps mingle with fans on Sunday, July 28, and Monday, August 5.

There are also several autograph sessions featuring the full team for fans to look forward to.

These include opening day on July 21, a family fun day on Saturday, July 27, and an Exclusive STM Day on Wednesday, August 7.

“So excited for Chiefs training camp this weekend,” wrote one fan on X after the schedule was revealed.

“Heading to St Joe Friday for a whole weekend of Chiefs, training camp, and a Royals game. So excited to get back into it,” said another.

“Can’t wait for training camp so we can talk football again,” commented a third.

Mahomes and Kelce have enjoyed a whirlwind offseason since winning Super Bowl LVIII in February.

The pair recently linked up in Amsterdam, Netherlands, where they watched Kelce’s girlfriend Taylor Swift appear on her Eras Tour.

And last week Mahomes announced he is expecting a third child with his wife and high school sweetheart Brittany .

The 28-year-old quarterback has been compared with NFL great Tom Brady ahead of the new campaign.

Mahomes still has four Super Bowl titles to win if he wants to tie Brady’s record of seven.

Randi Mahomes, Patrick’s mom, recently predicted her son would eclipse Brady’s achievements by the time his career is done.

“I know that he can [beat Brady],” said Randi.

“I know that he has the will and the want because there’s a lot of players that might be athletically better than someone, but that he has that passion and that dream and that not giving up [attitude].

“That’s something that can’t be taught. It’s within you as who you are.

“And so I know that he has that and never was my dream for it to be football.

“But you know what? That is what his dream is and so I know he could do it.”
