KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Mid-Continent Public Library announced that it will host two world-renowned and bestselling authors, James Patterson and Mike Lupica , next month in Kansas City.
Both authors will talk about their latest book, “ Hard to Kill ,” a novel about a former NYPD cop and defense attorney, Jane Smith, who takes on an “impossible criminal defense case,” at the Woodneath Library Center Auditorium , — located at 8900 NE Flintlock Road.
Spongebob Squarepants comes to Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium In order to attend the event though, people were required to register for a spot which opened on the MCPL website at 10 a.m. Monday. However, registration has already closed due to the record level of interest in the event.
The MCPL said that even though all spots on the registration and waitlist have been filled, people will be contacted if space becomes available.
As well as this, the attendees will also be gifted a free, signed copy of “Hard to Kill,” while supplies last.
“It’s an absolute honor to be able to host James Patterson and Mike Lupica—two of the most prolific and beloved authors of our generation,” said MCPL Director and CEO Aaron B. Mason.
