Fans All Guess the Same Baby Name After Patrick & Brittany Mahomes' Gender Reveal

While Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes works toward a historic Super Bowl three-peat this season, he's also expecting a third baby with his wife, Brittany Mahomes.

Mahomes and Brittany, who've dated since high school and tied knot in 2022, welcomed their first child, Sterling Skye, on February 20, 2021. Brittany gave birth to their son, Patrick "Bronze" Mahomes on November 28, 2022. The couple also has two dogs named Silver and Steele.

The Kansas City Current co-owners clearly have a strong theme when it comes to naming their children and pets. So, after Mahomes and Brittany revealed that they're expecting another girl on Instagram , fans all seemed to guess the same baby name in the comments section. The name suggestion even received a reaction from Brittany.

One fan commented, "Okay, I'm naming her! Goldie Mahomes! Sticking with the theme! ❤️❤️❤️❤️." Another person simply wrote, "Goldie!!" to which another user replied, "literally what I was thinking."

"Real Housewives of Toronto" star Kara Alloway commented, "Congrats! Another team member for your all star lineup.🙌👏🙌 You know 'Goldie' (as in the iconic Hawn) is such a precious (metal) name…but Ruthenium is kinda giving old world vibes. ❤️🙌❤️" -- which earned a "like" from Brittany.

The name "Goldie" was also a fan-favorite on X.

One woman suggested, "Rose Gold Mahomes" on Instagram which racked up over 1,100 likes. While the couple has not disclosed their expected due date, fans will need to wait until then to learn the real name of the Mahomes' third child.
