Patrick Mahomes named best value player for Kansas City Chiefs

It's easy to downplay just the kind of impact that a player like Patrick Mahomes holds for his team, already shattering multiple records and winning multiple Super Bowls for the franchise. So when looking at the NFL players with the most value for their respective team, it's hard to overlook the best player in the entire league. Dallas Robinson of Pro Football Network conducted a list of every teams best contract, and for the Kansas City Chiefs it ended up being the reigning Super Bowl champion.

Robinson goes on to point out that despite being the best player in the entire game, Mahomes is only ranked as the tenth highest paid quarterback in the league. While that is undoubtedly going to change in the coming seasons, heading into 2024 Mahomes is easily the best contract value for his team.
