Raiders Troll Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes In The Most Hilarious Way

    By Michael Gallagher,

It’s no secret that the Las Vegas Raiders don’t like Patrick Mahomes.

The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback has ruled their division since he took over as the team’s starting quarterback in 2018, and he has a 10-2 career record against them.

So what do you do if you can’t beat the best quarterback in the NFL? Try to get under his skin, which is exactly what the team did Thursday at training camp when rookie safety Trey Taylor showed off a Kermit the frog puppet sporting Mahomes’ signature curly hair and wearing a No. 15 Chiefs jersey.

Another Raiders player can be heard in the background saying “I’m here, I’m here” in what was presumably supposed to be a Kermit the frog impression.

The puppet is a jab at Mahomes, who many have said sounds like Kermit the frog repeatedly over the years.

Whether it was smart to poke fun at a three-time Super Bowl champion and two-time NFL MVP remains to be seen, but Mahomes will have two chances to exact revenge on Oct. 27 in Vegas (Week 8) and again on Nov. 29 in Kansas City (Week 13).
