After arriving on the scene, preliminary investigations revealed that a Chevrolet Malibu had been traveling northbound on North Oak Trafficway when a Hyundai Elantra started to turn left onto eastbound 79th Terrace from southbound North Oak Trafficway.

As the Hyundai turned into the intersection, the Chevrolet hit the car.

The Hyundai had three people inside: a driver, a front-seat passenger and a backseat passenger. Each individual was injured in the crash and not wearing a seat belt.
