Eigel, Kleinmann, Tiffany sit down for final Candidate Conversations

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — With early voting underway and Primary Election Day looming, this week we present our final “Candidate Conversations” for this cycle.

In Missouri, GOP State Senator Bill Eigel is seeking a move up to the governor’s office. Eigel joins us to discuss his campaign and issues, specifically his stand on immigration.

Then on, the Kansas side, we focus on the 2 ^nd Congressional District. Two newcomers to campaigns join us: Matt Kleinmann, a Democrat seeking the nomination in the newly redrawn district that now includes the northern half of Wyandotte County.

Kleinmann is a community organizer currently on-leave from a healthcare non-profit. Kleinmann’s primary opponent Nancy Boyda did not respond to our invitation.

Then, Republican Shawn Tiffany, co-owner of Tiffany Cattle Company, sits down to discuss his campaign and some key issues.
