The Kansas City Chiefs are back at training camp trying to go for their third Super Bowl in a row, and their fifth in the franchise's history. No one has ever three-peated before, while few have tried, it's just been impossible to do. That is until the Chiefs had a crack at it.

With training camp back, they have to make sure everything is right. That means the offense has to be perfect, the defense has to be perfect, and everyone needs to play their role. Some players have their roles already in place, and some are taking on new roles.

For the new players, guys who weren't on the team last season it's important for them to find their role and fit into the culture the Chiefs have in place. That's one of the most important things this offseason - and one new weapon is doing that perfectly, gaining the respect of everyone on the team.

"His practice habits," Kelce said regarding what stands out about WR Hollywood Brown. "He immediately became one of the leaders of the team and on the offense, just by how he practices and is coming to work, and his attention to detail.

"That's doing wonders for the receiver room and everyone else to see that guy want it so bad every single day. It's only going to make you want to go harder, and on top of that, he is still getting better. He is getting better in this offense. It's fun to see him get better as well."

Brown has been a hot topic at camp this offseason, as it would appear he is easily the best wide receiver on the team, and already establishing a connection with Patrick Mahomes who seems to be elite. The two of them have made crazy play after crazy play.

But, the work he has put in is what showed the other players who have been with the team, that he belongs to be on a championship team. You have to prove yourself, and he has done that by being a leader, but also by working his tail off to show that he is one of them.

Fans oftentimes want every free agent or big-name player, but not every player is meant to play for the Chiefs. You have to be a certain kind of player - an unselfish one who works harder than anyone, and a guy who can lead. They got that in Brown, who still hasn't even unlocked his full potential yet.
