The Kansas City Chiefs are constantly trying to gain that advantage over the rest of the league, even if that means signing players that not many know about. They are willing to do whatever it takes, and they have shown that time and time again.

There is a reason they are going for a three-peat in 2024.

So, they are trying to do that once again -- this time it's a player that they worked out after the 2024 NFL Draft during their 2024 rookie minicamp.

Geor'quarius Spivey, a tight end from Mississippi State, worked out with the Chiefs along with 37 other undrafted free agents, and very other players, during rookie minicamp. Now, he came back for another workout during training camp.

The Chiefs obviously like what they saw. On Thursday, they signed Spivey to a contract.

Spivey also played for the TCU Horned Frogs during his time in college. The 6'5", 240-pound tight end finished his Bulldogs' career with 14 catches for 143 yards.

Now, it's time to see if he can make a name for himself at both training camp and during the preseason games.
