O‘ahu Circuit Court Judge Ronald G. Johnson sentenced Honolulu Police Officer Cheyne Kaninau for Insurance Fraud, a Class-C felony. Kaninau was involved in an automobile accident and subsequently obtained a GEICO insurance policy.
