Simmons Bank helps with new realtor rules

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A new National Association of Realtors deal means more home buyers could face pressure to pay for their agent’s commission out of pocket.

Simmons Bank Mortgage Lending EVP. George Shaefer stopped by KARK 4 News with some tips on minimizing expenses when buying a home.

Shaefer talks about how real estate commissions change under the pending settlement.

He also helps sellers with the options for saving on real estate commissions.
