Country musician Lee Greenwood to perform at WinnaVegas Event Center

WINNEBAGO, Neb. ( KCAU ) — WinnaVegas Casino Resort has announced that country musician Lee Greenwood will be performing at the WinnaVegas Event Center.

According to a release, Greenwood will take the stage on Saturday, October 12. Tickets can be purchased online or at the WinnaVegas Casino Resort box office.

The release states that Greenwood is renowned for many accomplishments including multiple Country Music Association and Academy of Country Music Awards, as well as a Grammy Award for Top Male Vocal Performance.

In addition to these awards, Greenwood has shown dedication to honoring and supporting the U.S. military. He was recognized with the Congressional Medal of Honor Society’s National Patriot’s Award and has performed on more than 30 USO Tours.

“We are so excited to welcome Lee Greenwood to the WinnaVegas Event Center and look forward to an evening filled with patriotic spirit and country music greatness,” said General Manager of WinnaVegas Tom Teesdale said. “This concert is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our military heroes and share a special night with the Siouxland community.”

In honor of the upcoming Veteran’s Day, WinnaVegas is offering two free tickets to all veterans for the Lee Greenwood concert. Active and retired military service members should visit the box office with valid military identification to claim tickets.
