    Power restored in South Sioux City

    SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Neb. (KCAU) — Power has been restored in South Sioux City according to NPPD’s power outage map.


    PREVIOUS: Many are currently without power in South Sioux City, according to Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD).

    According to NPPD’s outage map , there is currently an estimated 666 customers in South Sioux City without power.

    The outage states that NPPD has a crew working to restore power to the affected customers and estimates that the power should be restored by 2:55 p.m.

    The cause of the outage is listed as “component failure.”
