Centerville, Chester earn class ‘B’ playoffs win

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Centerville and Chester were among the several class ‘B’ girls basketball teams to advance in their region playoffs Tuesday.

The Tornadoes are the top-ranked team in class ‘B’ and they looked the part. Centerville lead by 26 at halftime on their way to a 55-9 win over Freeman Academy/Marion.

Up in Dell Rapids, the Region 3B playoffs pitted Dell Rapids St. Mary against Chester.

An early lead for the Flyers would help them on the night, claiming a 55-39.
