Renner legion falls in opening round of Central Regional

FARGO, N.D. (KELO) — The Renner Royals Post 307 legion baseball team suffered a 7-2 loss to Farmington, Minnesota in the opening round of the Central Plains Regional.

Renner scored the games first two runs in the fourth inning. However, Farmington got going in the home half of the fourth.

The Minnesota state champs scored six in the fourth and they’d add another on their way to the 7-2 win.

Renner will now play Fargo, North Dakota in an elimination game on Thursday at 9:30 a.m.
