SCOTT COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI) – A lawsuit has been filed against a former Kelso teacher aide facing counts of sexual contact with a student and the school district. A lawsuilt was filed by lawyers for a former Kelso student in June claiming the school district was negligent in its response to the allegations.
