Parkchester Management Fined $1 Million in Historic Housing Discrimination Settlement
On Thursday, August 22nd, New York City announced a historic $1 million settlement with Parkchester Preservation Management, a prominent Bronx landlord, over allegations of housing discrimination against voucher holders. NEW YORK (PIX11) — Saturday kicks off a great beach weekend in the tri-state area with continued warm and dry conditions and highs expected to be in the mid 80s. Winds will shift from the northwest to the southwest by Saturday afternoon, bringing in even warmer temperatures on Sunday. Highs will be in the upper 80s.
