KENNEWICK, Wash. -- Kennewick police released more information on the three juveniles and one adult who were arrested June 25 for a weapons complaint.

Police said a group of juveniles were seen spray painting graffiti on public property.

According to police, a bystander tried to intervene when one of the suspects pointed a gun at them.

Kennewick police said the suspect information and vehicle was broadcasted so other agencies could help search for them.

Pasco police were able to located the suspects and arrested them at a gas station on North Oregon Avenue and East Lewis Street.

According to officials, three of the suspects were booked into the Benton County Juvenile Justice Center and Cristofer Acevedo, 19, was booked into the Benton County Jail.

Kennewick police were able to recover a spray can and the missing gun which led officers to believe there was potentially a fifth suspect.

Kennewick Police released an update on the four people who were arrested after a police chase Tuesday.

According to police, the call for help came in around 1:30 p.m. in the 500 block of South Oak Street when neighbors saw five people tagging Kennewick property with graffiti.

Police said the caller reported neighbors attempted to intervene but one of the five suspects pulled a gun on them. No one was hurt.

According to officials, the five suspects drove away from the scene into Pasco.

Officials said the car was spotted at a gas station in the area of North Oregon Avenue and East Lewis Street. More than 10 police vehicles surrounded the gas station to contain the scene.

Officials said the large response was due to new legislation which wants officers to use time, distance, shielding and more officers at the scene to deescalate the situation.

Officers said four people involved were located inside of the gas station and arrested. However, police believe there is still one person on the run but there is no threat to the public.

Officials said three of the suspects were juvenile and one was an adult. It is unknown the age of the fifth suspect.

According to officials, no gun has been found and a warrant to search the suspect vehicle was requested.

This is an ongoing investigation and more information will be released once it is confirmed by officials.

    Original Coverage

Police said four out of possibly five people have been arrested in Pasco after a police chase which started in Kennewick.

Police responded to the area of North Oregon Avenue and East Lewis Street around 1:30 p.m. Police said the suspects entered into a gas station in the area.

According to police, the suspects were tagging Kennewick property with graffiti.

"We were able to contain the store and we were able to take four individuals into custody pending a warrant on the vehicle, looking for a potential firearm, and then also items that were used in the graffiti, so, Kennewick is over here taking control of their suspects and everybody is safe," Pasco Police Captain Bill Parramore said.

Police said there is potentially one person on the run but there is no threat to the public.

"The Pasco Police Department found the suspects over here," Captain Parramore said. "We are working very closely with our Kennewick partners to make sure that their case gets wrapped up nice and tight."

According to officials, a search warrant has been requested for the suspect car.

More than 10 police vehicles are on scene from Pasco and Kennewick Police Department.

Captain Parramore also commented on the large response from law enforcement and said, "I don't know if you're familiar with the new legislation, but part of the training that we're doing now based off of everything that we're hearing, or that the legislature wants us to do, is they want time, distance, shielding, and they want more police officers to show up, because with more police officers creates more de-escalation. So, if we can get as many officers here, in the area, it tends to end things peacefully, which is what happened today."
