The entrances will be from Steptoe on the east and a short street fronting the clinic to the south.

Overturf Properties is preparing to build a 30,000-square-foot building to accommodate a Kia dealership, according to the building permit.
The project has a construction value of $58.5 million. The property is across St. Thomas Drive from Tri-Cities Prep and is visible from Interstate 182.
The project includes a service center, parts department and vehicle display areas.
Designer Homes Northwest is constructing a 5,170-square-foot home overlooking the Columbia River at 11790 W. Court St. in western Pasco.

The site is part of the former Harris Farm and is close to Columbia Shores, a 498-unit townhome development by Pro Made Homes that’s beginning to take shape across the street.
The area is across the river from Richland’s Columbia Point area and is visible from Interstate 182.
