KENT COUNTY SHERIFF

May 14 DFC A. Freeman arrested Colleen Marita Coleman, age 33 of Millington, on a Queen Anne’s County Circuit bench warrant for violation of probation. Coleman was released to the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office for service of the warrant.

May 15 DFC C Rhodes served a Kent County District Court Bench Warrant for violation of probation on Kaitlyn Ann Riley, age 18 of Chestertown. Riley was held at the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

May 16 Cpl D. Nolan served a Kent County Circuit Court Arrest Warrant for CDS; Maintaining a common nuisance on David Lawrence Grant, age 44 of Chestertown. Grant was held at the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

May 16 Cpl D. Nolan served a Kent County Circuit Court Bench Warrant for VOP on Peyton Dallas Parks II, age 29 of Galena. Parks was held at the Kent County Detention Center without bond. While Serving this warrant, Parks was found to be in possession of CDS; not cannabis. He was issued criminal citations and released on those charges.

May 16 Cpl D. Nolan served a Kent County District Court Criminal Summons for CDS Possession; not cannabis on Peyton Dallas Parks II, age 29 of Galena. Parks was released after signing for the summons.

May 16 DFC C. Rhodes a Kent County Circuit Court Bench Warrant for violation of probation on Adre Mikael Cudanin, age 31 of Baltimore, MD. Cudanin was held at the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

May 17 D/S S. Manning served a Kent County Circuit Court Arrest Warrant for Manufacture CDS on William Godfrey Black Jr, age 51 of Chestertown. Black was held at the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

May 18 Following a traffic stop for a traffic violation, Sgt J. Watson arrested Steffanie Marie Peeples, age 32 of Galena, for possession of CDS; not cannabis. Peeples was released after being issued criminal citations.

May 19 Cpl P. Hudson served a Kent County District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear on Malachi Tallington, age 34 of Rock Hall. Tallington was released by the District Court Commissioner on an unsecured bond.

May 19 Following a traffic stop, Cpl. S. Lockerman arrested Christopher Alan Wise, age 26 of Lancaster, PA for Driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol, per se. Wise was released after being issued citations.

May 21 DFC F. Baker investigated a burglary that occurred in the 5500 block of Boundary Avenue, Rock Hall. The victim reported that an unknown suspect forced entry into a locked garage. Under investigation at the time of this report.

May 21 D/S B. Collins served a Kent County District Court Criminal Summons for malicious destruction of property and theft $100 to under $1500 on Hollie Rene Evans, age 53, of Worton. Evans was released after being issued the summons.

May 22 Following a traffic stop, Cpl K. Griffitts arrested Ramsie Rae Quinlin, age 25, of Chestertown. Quinlin was charged with: driving under the influence of alcohol; driving while impaired by alcohol; and driving while under the influence of alcohol per se. Quinlin was released to a sober driver after being issued citations.

May 22 Cpl P. Hudson served a Kent County District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear on Dariyana Nishaye Embrey, age 22, of Smyrna, DE. Embrey was released by the District Court Commissioner on her own recognizance.

May 23 DFC A. Freeman served a Cecil County District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear on Chaz Armon Peete, age 28, of Newark, DE. Peete was released by the District Court Commissioner on his own recognizance.

May 23 DFC A. Freeman conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Williams Street, Rock Hall. The registration plate of the vehicle was found to have been reported stolen from Pennsylvania. The operator of the vehicle was Felisha Marie Warrelmann, age 29, of Chestertown. Warrelmann was arrested and charged with theft less than $100 and numerous traffic offenses. She was released after being issued criminal citations.

May 25 DFC F. Baker served three Kent County District Court Bench Warrants for Failure to Appear on Heather Nicole Comegys, age 32, of Rock Hall. Comegys was released by the District Court Commissioner on an unsecured bond on all three warrants.

May 26 Following a traffic stop, Cpl K. Griffitts arrested Gunner Thomas Jones, age 25, of Galena. Jones was charged with: driving under the influence of alcohol; driving while impaired by alcohol; and driving while under the influence of alcohol per se. Jones was released after being issued citations.

May 27 D/S L. Manning served a Kent County Circuit Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear on Peyton Dallas Parks, II, age 29, of Chestertown. Parks was held at the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

May 27 Cpl. P. Trinks arrested Gary Michael Thornton, age 39, of Rock Hall on a Queen Anne’s County Circuit Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear. Thornton was turned over to the Queen Anne’s County Office of the Sheriff for service of the warrant.

May 27 DFC A. Freeman investigated a suspicious vehicle on Sassafras Street, Millington. Cpl Lockerman and K9 Khari also responded to the scene. Following a positive alert by K9 Khari a search of the vehicle was conducted. As a result, Tyrel Donta Dean, age 39, of Galena and Richard Derek Coleman, age 36, of Rock Hall were arrested and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance: not cannabis and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia. Dean and Coleman were released after being issued criminal citations.
