INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Indiana State Police Lieutenant Edward Olibo recently graduated from the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia. Lt. Olibo was among a chosen group of law enforcement officers from departments across the United States to attend the FBI National Academy. Olibo has been with the Indiana State Police for nearly 25 years and is assigned to the ISP Criminal Justice Data Division.
