Police believe they've found the remains of missing eight-month-old Miya Rudd 'concealed inside a residence.'
Kentucky authorities have been searching for the newborn since April, arresting a number of people throughout the case. However, the remains of the child remained elusive, until today.
Officers raiding a Kentucky home reported finding the baby's decomposed body 'concealed' within the suburban home. Police took the body to be autopsied.
Just yesterday, the grandparents on the mother's side of the missing baby were arrested, joining four other family members and another man already in jail as the frantic search continues.
Kentucky State Police investigated a location in Kentucky's Daviess County as part of the search for Miya Rudd , an 8-month-old girl who has been missing since late April just yesterday.

On Wednesday afternoon, troopers with sniffer dogs were reportedly searching her maternal grandparents' home until around 5 pm local time.
Miya Rudd's parents, two of her grandparents, and another man have been arrested on various charges in Daviess and Ohio Counties. Those arrested include Tesla Tucker, Cage Rudd, Ricky Smith, Billie Smith, and Timothy Roach. The first of these arrests began almost a week ago.

Kentucky State Police report that Miya's other grandparents, Taletha and David Tucker, who have been caring for her three siblings, were arrested late Wednesday afternoon on warrants. Troopers reportedly served a search warrant at their home but found nothing related to Miya's case.
Miya's maternal grandparents are currently held in the Daviess County Detention Center in Owensboro. The family's three other children are now under the care of family services.

Kentucky State Police used sniffer dog teams to search the area near the family's home in Reynolds Station. Neighbors reported seeing troopers conducting a thorough search of the backyard.
Despite searches, officials have found no trace of Miya at her grandparent's home on Leitchfield Road. Earlier in the week, authorities admitted they still have very little to go on regarding the child's whereabouts.
Kentucky State Trooper Corey King said: "We have no evidence that that's the case that she's deceased, but we also don't have anything to suggest she's alive either. We've gotten little to no information from those who should know the most."

The pair are up against numerous charges, including criminal abuse of a minor, abandonment of a minor, and engaging in organized crime. Ricky Smith and Cage Rudd were seen via video link from Daviess County Jail. The only development in their legal proceedings was the postponement of their preliminary hearings until next week.
Kentucky State Police continue their search for baby Miya and plan to use specialized equipment at the house she lived in with her parents this week, although the exact timing remains unclear.
Troopers have been searching for Miya for approximately a week, yet she was last reportedly seen in late April. To date, seven individuals have been arrested in connection with Miya's disappearance.

In a gripping turn of events, troopers have so far arrested: grandparents Taletha D. Tucker and David Tucker, on warrants that didn't relate to the case at hand, Miya's parents, Tesla Tucker and Cage Rudd, Miya's other grandmother Billie J. Smith, and Timothy L. Roach, 37, of Owensboro, an unrelated man.
Authorities pored over the couple's residence on Leitchfield Road, scrupulously collecting electronic devices for evidence.
Following an unsettling upheaval, Tesla Tucker's three children were uprooted from their grandparents' guardianship and placed under the protective custody of the Cabinet for Community-Based Services.
Authorities are urging the public to share any leads by calling the Kentucky State Police at 270-826-3312.
