Woden ISD student dies of liver disease, community mourning

WODEN, Texas ( KET K ) – The Woden Independent School District is in mourning after a Woden High School student died of liver disease recently.

The district is sending their thoughts and prayers to the family and friends of the high school student. The school will have their counselors, school psychologist and Region 7 Educational Service Center counselling staff available to support students and staff in the coming days.

“This is a difficult time for all of us, but I know that our students, staff and community will unite to work through this together,” Woden ISD Superintendent, Brady Taylor said.
