Rochester fugitive apprehended in Starke County
A Rochester man wanted on outstanding warrants of child molesting was taken into custody Wednesday afternoon in Starke County. The Starke County's Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Indiana State Police in locating and apprehending 32-year-old Zachariah Cook, of Rochester, on Fulton County warrants charging him with two felony counts of child molesting.
