OIA takes top four spots in Cover2 rankings

The OIA has taken the top four spots in the latest Cover2 rankings.

Three-time defending state champion Kahuku remained No. 1, but not unanimously. While the Red Raiders earned 16 first place votes, No. 2 Campbell received the other four from a panel representing all football-playing islands after routing Punahou on Saturday.

All the latest sports news from Hawaii’s sports station

Mililani and Kapolei rounded out the top four, while Saint Louis dropped one spot to No. 5 despite earning its first win of the season at Kamehameha-Maui over the weekend.
