    NFL season begins for Hawaii’s stars

    A new NFL season officially starts on Thursday when the Baltimore Ravens visit the two-time defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs and continues on Friday when the Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles play each other in Brazil before a full slate of games on Sunday.

    Across the league, dozens of players with Hawaii ties will suit up for their respective teams after making the 53-man rosters.
